Returns Policy

We hope you don't ever need to, as we pride ourselves on our quality and service, but if you do need to return an item you have 30 days after delivery to return an item to us. Items must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging.  

Personalised and engraved items are non-returnable. Some goods are non-returnable for hygiene reasons and it will state on the product if it cannot be returned. Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights.  

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Returns
To return an item(s) first email us informing us what you are returning and why.  DO NOT return something UNTIL we ask you to.  One you have received confirmation from us to return the item please send the item(s) to:

Unfortunately we do not cover returns postage cost so recommend that you return your items via registered post. Return postage is at your own cost and risk.

The returned goods need to be unworn, in their original packaging with tags attached. If we feel an item has been worn or shows signs of wear no refund will be processed. 

Some goods are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights.

You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all goods that are returned.  Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
